Want to burn a few extra calories in 15 minutes or less? Here are 5 quick ways to do just that.
1. Get some exercise in whilst cleaning your house. Set a timer for 15 minutes and see how fast you can get through the sweeping, mopping, vacuuming etc before the timer goes off.
2. Take the stairs instead of the elevator or escalator whenever you can.
3. Get off the bus a few blocks before your designated stop and walk the rest of the way.
4. Walk - just 15 minutes a day - either on the treadmill or outside.
5. Dance for 15 minutes. Grab the kids and have some fun to some high energy music.
